About
At Project Dance we endeavour to provide high quality dance training in a safe and friendly environment.
We want our students to some to class with willingness to learn and in turn we will provide fun, exciting and challenging classes where they will learn dance techniques and skills for life. Students can come to class as a hobby or we can provide a more intensive program of learning for students who may wish to pursue dance as a future career.
Ultimately, we teach hard work, and value kindness. At PD we are like a family and hope that by attending our school, your child will belong to a happy dance community where they can make friends and flourish.

Hi, I'm Lizzie. I've danced all my life. First as a child and then fullfilling my dream of dancing professionally.
I trained at Laine Theatre Arts, one of the UK's leading theatre schools and after graduating I worked as a performer for several years. My years on stage took me around the world, performing as a very good friend of many Disney Princesses for Disney Cruise Line (where I was also the Dance Captain). I worked for Costa Cruises, QDos Pantomimes and even appeared in a national TV commercial.
Project Dance was established in 2006 in my home town. I have over 17 years teaching experience from beginners to advanced/ professional. I hold a Diploma in Dance Education in Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre (DDE) with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).
Dance has been a huge part of my life and I don't know who I'd be without it. I hope I can inspire others with this unique art form, which not only trains technique but skills for life.

Hi, I'm Jade. I have had a passion for dancing for as long as I can remember! Taking weekly classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern & Jazz I worked towards taking ISTD Examinations and regularly performing in shows. My ambition was always to become a dance teacher. I successfully auditioned for the 'Professional Dancers and Teachers of Dance' course at Preston College where I continued my training and gained my Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) in Tap and Modern. Later, I achieved my Ballet qualification at North Liverpool Dance Academy.
This September marks 10 wonderful years teaching at Project Dance. During this time I have also taught at two other dance schools and eventually opened my own school in September 19. Watching my students progress, improve and share the same love of dance that I do is super rewarding and I feel very lucky to have a job that I love.
